Return Policy

STORE CREDITS ONLY! Absolutely NO REFUNDS! 

Final Sale on Sale Items, Undergarments, Swimwear, and Accessories (including hats).

Order cancellation must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order by either contacting us at [email protected] or giving us a call. Written or verbal confirmation of cancellation must be given by representative. If on weekends or after hours, please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Switching sizes is not possible. The availability of items on the website is reflective of what is in stock in our warehouse.

All unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only (Excluding undergarments, accessories, etc).

Items must be returned with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor (Smoke, etc).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (Incorrect, defective item, or etc).

If final sale item(s) are returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment fee.

Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CALL STORE IMMEDIATELY DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. 

Please note that original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable and are not included in store credit/returns for store credit.

If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.

We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages , All Priority Mail packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation with Insurance up to $100

In the event a package is unclaimed, USPS will return the package back to House of Tinkas. We will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessible. 

If the reshipment fee is not is payed within 15 days, we will issue a refund minus shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages. 

In the event of a lost package, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of House of Tinks. You may contact us for more information on your package or help but we are not responsible for the lost package.

Route is non-refundable.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
